The apartments are located in a family house in Umag, Punta neighborhood, in the immediate vicinity of the tourist village STELA MARIS, where the tennis center hosting the well-known tennis tournament Umag Croatia Open is situated. The modernly furnished apartments have one bedroom with a double bed, bed linen (weekly change), a bathroom with a shower cabin, a toilet, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and two bathroom towels per person. The living room with the kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a dining table with 4 chairs. There are also 2 additional beds, a TV, and Wi-Fi. The apartments also have a terrace with seating furniture.
We kindly ask guests to use the equipment carefully, any damage will be charged on the spot. Smoking in the apartments is prohibited but allowed on the terrace.
A reservation requires a deposit of 100.00 EUR per reserved week, and the rest is payable upon arrival at the apartment. Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out is until 10:00.
